Terms and Conditions for Dog Training Services

1. Booking and Payment:
   • Full payment for the initial consultation ($90) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
   • Follow-up lessons are priced at $70 per hour or $180 for 3 one-hour sessions when booked together. Payment for individual lessons is required prior to or at the start of each session. For packages, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
   • In case of a no-show or failure to provide access to the property for the scheduled appointment, the session will be charged in full.
3. Training and Results:
   • While we provide professional advice and training plans tailored to your dog, results may vary based on your dog’s temperament, history, and the consistency of training outside our sessions.
   • The success of training largely depends on your commitment to follow the recommended training exercises and homework.
4. Health and Safety:
   • You must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or other relevant information about your dog prior to the consultation.
   • If your dog shows signs of illness or injury, please inform us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel sessions if your dog’s health may affect the training.
   • We reserve the right to refuse training if your dog poses a safety risk to the trainer or others.
5. Liability:
   • You agree to assume full responsibility for your dog’s behavior during training sessions and understand that we are not liable for any damage or injury caused by your dog before, during, or after training.
   • We are not responsible for any injury to the dog or damage to your property during the session unless caused by our negligence.
6. Confidentiality:
   • Any information provided during the consultation, including training notes and plans, is confidential and intended solely for your use. Sharing of materials with third parties is not permitted without prior consent.
7. Offsite Training:
   • Offsite training may be included as part of your dog’s program depending on your goals. You agree to provide transportation to offsite locations or cover any additional costs associated with offsite training.
8. Changes to Services:
   • We reserve the right to change the pricing or terms of service at any time, but you will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
